Open Network Catalog Features Thousands of United Stationers Office Products

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwire - October 20, 2008) - Four51 is working with business products wholesaler United Stationers to bring 45,000 office supply SKUs onto the Four51 network. Four51 develops e-commerce technology that connects more than one million buyers to thousands of distributors and suppliers of indirect goods.

Four51 and United Stationers tailored the offering to distributors who want a fast, frictionless entry point into the office supply business using Four51's Open Network Catalog technology. There are no CDs to upload or data feeds to maintain. Pricing is flexible, and the management and application of pricing schedules is streamlined. In less than five minutes, a distributor can offer 45,000 new products at various margin levels to one or many customers.

Distributor members of the Four51 network will receive competitive pricing on products, and in turn can select from five price schedules on a customer by customer basis depending on how aggressive they choose to be with margins. Custom pricing schedules are also available.

The Open Network Catalog featuring office supplies has been successfully implemented at a Four51 distributor customer site. Four51 will officially launch the United Stationers catalog at the Print Solutions Conference and Expo in Baltimore in late October, and the catalog will be available to the Four51 network in early November 2008.
