CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - September 15, 2015) - FPS PHARMA INC. (the "Company") (FPS.U-C) was recently advised by principal outside counsel for Florida Pharmacy Solutions, Inc. ("FPS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, that on August 10, 2015, J. Lester Alexander, III, in his capacity as Liquidating Trustee of Franklin Pharmacy, LLC, served FPS with a complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. The complaint names several individual defendants in addition to FPS. The Company believes that the allegations asserted by the Trustee in the complaint are wholly inaccurate and false. Accordingly, the Company intends to vigorously defend the litigation.
