TEMECULA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 23, 2007 -- Franchise Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN) today announced that Aero Exhaust, Inc., a leading manufacturer of performance exhaust technology, is stepping up its commitment to NASCAR racing in 2007 by sponsoring a special award in the NASCAR Grand National Division, which includes the Busch East Series and the West Series.

As part of a multi-year commitment, Aero will sponsor the Aero Exhaust "Most Laps Led" Award, presented to the eligible driver who leads the most laps in each race. For drivers, this is a major step toward achieving their dreams of competing at the NEXTEL Cup level, and we are proud to be a part of that," stated Bryan Hunsaker, CEO of Aero Exhaust.

Franchise Capital and Aero Exhaust recently executed a definitive acquisition agreement, and the acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2007.
