Franchise Capital Corporation Announces Aero Exhaust Sponsorship of Special Award in NASCAR Grand National Division

Aero Exhaust "Most Laps Led" Award Will Be Presented in NASCAR Grand National Division

TEMECULA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 23, 2007 -- Franchise Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN) today announced that Aero Exhaust, Inc., a leading manufacturer of performance exhaust technology, is stepping up its commitment to NASCAR racing in 2007 by sponsoring a special award in the NASCAR Grand National Division, which includes the Busch East Series and the West Series.

As part of a multi-year commitment, Aero will sponsor the Aero Exhaust "Most Laps Led" Award, presented to the eligible driver who leads the most laps in each race. The award includes a $500 bonus, and the driver from each series who collects the most number of Aero Exhaust "Most Laps Led" awards during the season will receive a year-end bonus.

"We are very excited about our participation as a contingency and special awards sponsor in the Grand National Division. For drivers, this is a major step toward achieving their dreams of competing at the NEXTEL Cup level, and we are proud to be a part of that," stated Bryan Hunsaker, CEO of Aero Exhaust.

Franchise Capital and Aero Exhaust recently executed a definitive acquisition agreement, and the acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2007.

Aero Exhaust is a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology, manufacturing and distributing the most technologically advanced muffler on the market. The NASCAR Grand National Division, which uses cars similar to those used on the NASCAR Busch Series, is a feeder division for NASCAR's three national series.
