Franchise Capital Corporation Announces Launch of 2007 Aero Exhaust Advertising Campaign With NASCAR Legend Rusty Wallace as Spokesperson

"Two Guys Garage" Episode on SPEED Channel Scheduled to Re-Air on March 2nd

TEMECULA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 27, 2007 -- Franchise Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN) today announced that Aero Exhaust, Inc., with which it has executed an acquisition agreement, has initiated the 2007 advertising campaign for its innovative performance automotive exhaust products featuring company spokesperson NASCAR legend Rusty Wallace.

Mr. Wallace appears in Aero's in-program full Product Expo feature on "Two Guys Garage," which aired February 25th and February 26th on SPEED Channel. A re-airing is scheduled this week on Friday, March 2nd at 10:00am, and additional re-airings are scheduled for Sunday, April 8th at 10:30am, Monday, April 9th at 4:30pm, and Friday, April 13th at 10:00am. All times listed are Eastern time.

In addition to the in-program full Product Expo feature on "Two Guys Garage," Mr. Wallace is featured in a 30-second commercial using the "Two Guys Garage" set and production equipment and a six-week Product Expo campaign has been scheduled to air on SPEED from April 1-May 11, 2007.
