Franklin Commits to Expanded Shareholder Communication

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - December 4, 2007) - Franklin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FMNJ) has completed preliminary changes in the design and contents of their internet home page ( This first phase of several planned changes will be available for review at the end of the day, today. The company anticipates unveiling a complete new design including expanded project coverage within another week. Quarterly financial statements through September 30, 2007 have been prepared, are being reviewed by the Board of Directors and will be added to the web-site when approved and accepted.
