WAKEFIELD, MA--(Marketwire - February 3, 2011) - Franklin Street Properties Corp. ("FSP", "our", "us" or "we") (NYSE Amex: FSP), an investment firm specializing in real estate, is providing the following leasing update:

  • On January 31, 2011, we entered into a new lease for approximately 68,205 square feet at our 155,715 square foot office property known as Park Ten located at 16285 Park Ten Place in Houston, Texas. This new lease increased occupancy at Park Ten from 48.2% to 92.0%.
