SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - August 14, 2007) - Franklin Wireless Corp. (OTCBB: FKLT) , a developer and marketer of wireless broadband communications devices and applications, announced that the company's common shares have begun trading on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the new ticker symbol "FKLT.OB." The shares were previously traded on the Pink Sheet (PK) trading system under the ticker symbol "FKLT.PK."

The move effectively broadens the market for Franklin Wireless stock since investors in OTCBB companies have access to more complete and verifiable information about the companies trading in that marketplace.
