Fraser Institute: Media Advisory; Does hidden equalization from Ottawa favour Quebec and the Atlantic provinces? New study coming Monday, November 25

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 22, 2013) - The Fraser Institute will release a new study Monday, November 25 spotlighting a number of federal programs that distribute subsidies unequally among provinces.

The study examines funding disparities in six key areas: cultural programs, immigration settlement, Employment Insurance, federal employment, airport rent and regional economic development.
