CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - July 18, 2016) - On Tuesday, July 19, the Fraser Institute will release a new study spotlighting the cost of barriers to building oil and gas pipelines to Canada's coastal waters.
The study, The Costs of Pipeline Obstructionism, estimates the loss of industry revenues and government royalties due to lengthy delays of pipeline project approvals.
