Fraser Institute: Media Advisory; New Study Spotlighting Canada's Cancer-Drug Approval Process Coming Thursday, July 17

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 16, 2014) - On Thursday, July 17, the Fraser Institute will release a new study spotlighting the pan-Canadian Oncology Drug Review (pCODR), which recommends new oncology drugs to the provinces and territories, except Quebec.

The study, Has pCODR Improved Access to Oncology Drugs?, measures the timeliness of pCODR approvals, which have a direct effect on the health of cancer patients.
