VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - March 16, 2016) -  On Thursday, March 17 -- as the federal budget looms -- the Fraser Institute will release a new study spotlighting rising top personal income tax rates in Canada and its effects on the economy.

The study, Canada's Rising Personal Tax Rates and Falling Tax Competitiveness, compares and ranks Canada's personal income tax rates to income tax rates in the United States and other countries in the industrialized world.
