TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - May 11, 2016) - On Thursday, May 12, the Fraser Institute will release a new study spotlighting the federal government's five-year deficit targets.
Given the government's rapidly evolving deficit and debt targets, the study, Moving Targets: Re-estimating Federal Deficits and Debt-to-GDP through 2020/21, presents three scenarios that raise questions about the government's budget plan.
