The Fraser Institute: Media Advisory/Who's Better at Balancing the Books-Alberta or Texas? New Study Coming Tuesday, March 24

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - March 23, 2015) - On Tuesday, March 24, the Fraser Institute will release a new study comparing the economies and finances of Alberta and Texas since 2000.

The study, Texas Prudence and Alberta Imprudence: A Tale of Two Energy Booms, spotlights government spending, government-sector employment and debt, while noting the impact on budgets (deficits and surpluses) in both jurisdictions.
