Fraser Institute News Release: New Study About the Effects of Court Rulings on Modern Land Claim Agreements, Resource Development Coming Thurs. September 24

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 23, 2015) - On Thursday, September 24, the Fraser Institute will release a new study spotlighting how legal and economic certainty established by modern First Nations' land claim agreements can be swiftly undermined by the courts.

The study, Mining and Aboriginal Rights in Yukon: How Certainty Affects Investor Confidence, examines recent court decisions in Yukon and studies the effects of those rulings on investor perceptions.
