VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan. 15, 2014) - On Thursday, January 16, the Fraser Institute will release a new study examining the effects of Ontario's shift from a "have" to a "have not" province.
The study, Equalization, Ontario, and the politics of division, notes the dramatic shift in the economic balance of the Canadian federation ever since Ontario became eligible for equalization payments.
