Freddie Mac Announces the Issuance of a New Three-Year Reference Notes Security

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Feb 14, 2018) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it plans to issue a new three-year USD Reference Notes® security, CUSIP number 3137EAEL9, due on Feb. 16, 2021. The issue will be priced on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, and will settle on Friday, Feb. 16, at benchmark size.

The new three-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital Inc., Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.
