Freddie Mac Prices $276 Million Multifamily K-Deal, K-J13

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Apr 5, 2017) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates) that are backed by underlying collateral consisting of supplemental multifamily mortgages. The company expects to issue approximately $276 million in K Certificates (K-J13 Certificates), which are expected to settle on or about April 19, 2017.

The K-J13 Certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2017-KJ13 Mortgage Trust (KJ13 Trust) and guaranteed by Freddie Mac.
