MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Sep 15, 2016) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it priced its new 0.875% two-year USD Reference Notes® security due on October 12, 2018. The issue, CUSIP number 3137EAED7, was priced at 99.957 to yield 0.896%, 15 basis points more than the yield on two-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on Friday, September 16, 2016.
The new two-year Reference Notes security was offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs and TD Securities.
