Millennial Media, Inc. (NYSE: MM) shares declined 37.5 percent to close on nearly 17 million shares traded Wednesday to close at $8.95 a share. The company's forecast for the full year 2013 called for sales to be in the range of $270 million to $280 million, which fell short of analysts' estimates of $288.75 million, according to Bloomberg.

SINA Corp. (NASDAQ: SINA) shares gained 5.37 percent on nearly eight times the average daily volume Wednesday. The company reported non-GAAP earnings in the fourth quarter were $9 million, or 13 cents a share, topping the average forecast of 5 cents a share, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.
