Morgan Stanley, Citi Research and FBR have all recently downgraded the company's rating due to revenue growth concerns.

Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR) shares dropped 2.25 percent on more than double the average daily volume Wednesday to close at $119.25 a share. The company reported sales for the first quarter of 2013 declined to $4.2 billion from $4.3 billion in the year ago quarter.

Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM) shares spiked 7.0 percent on volume of over 10.0 million shares traded Wednesday to close at $68.65. The company's adjusted profit of $0.70 per share for the first quarter topped the average analyst estimate of $0.60 per share, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
