Freedom Williams Playing at Half Time Dallas vs. Houston Basketball Game

BAY CITY, MI, and TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 29, 2005 -- Sciax Corp. (OTC: SCXC) announced that two of the artists who make up the supergroup "Exchange," Freedom Williams and Bulan, will be performing at the half-time show of the Dallas Mavericks vs. Houston Rockets basketball game on Saturday, April 30, 2005, at 4:30 pm central on TNT Network. Both of these performers are signed to RMD Dance Inc. and this presentation will be broadcast live across the United States.

"The Exchange" recently made the top 5 DMC pop charts in Europe with a remix of the classic song by C & C Music Factory, "Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)." Freedom Williams is a former member of this group. It is anticipated that "The Exchange's" new album will be released this summer on RMD and distributed by Bungalow Universal Records.
