FreeHand Systems Files Form 10-SB

(PINKSHEETS: FSYI) announced today that it has filed a Form 10-SB registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to become a fully reporting company, one of the necessary steps the company must take to advance to the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). This Form 10-SB is a 1934 Act filing to register the Company's common stock and return the Company to a current position in its SEC reporting.
