NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 26, 2015) - Rising India, Inc. (OTC: RSII), a holding company focused on restaurant concepts and other ventures focused in meals and entertainment, announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fresh Green Concepts, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of a federally licensed wine & spirits business in an all-cash deal.
