Fresh Start Private Marketing Efforts Seeing Positive Results With Increased Interest in Company's Alcohol Treatment Plan

Since Airing of Ads on Clear Channel, Inbound Calls to Clinic up 400%

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - February 24, 2011) - Fresh Start Private (OTCBB: CEYY), a leader in the alcohol treatment and rehabilitation industry, announced today that the number of interested potential clients that have been contacting the Orange County clinic is up by 400% in February compared to one month earlier.

As previously announced, the Company began running ads in February with Clear Channel Los Angeles (CCLA). Clear Channel owns and operates eight radio stations in Los Angeles that reach over 8 million listeners each week across Southern California including KFI 640 AM, KLAC 570 AM, KTLK 1150 AM, HOT 92.3 FM, 98.7 FM, KOST 103.5 FM, MyFM 104.3 & 102.7 KIIS FM.

A company spokesperson commented, "We are excited by the positive reception that we have received in the community, and by the interest being shown by prospective clients. The wonderful thing about our procedure is it is done on average 20 minutes and patients can go back to work the following day. The remarkable thing is that our clients are in and out quickly, without the stigma attached to being away from their loved ones for an extended period."
