Freshstart Properties, Inc. Reaches New Levels

Foreclosure Rates Help Increase Projected Income Rates

TACOMA, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 20, 2007 -- Freshstart Properties, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FSPP) Foreclosed properties in the Pacific Northwest region are continuing to reach increased highs. Delinquent accounts in this region are 1.62% above the national average. FSPP currently has no vacancies and projected income is steadily on the rise. With interest rates rising and loan determination tightening, owner-occupied houses will continue to decline. This makes the rental market increasingly favorable. The Seattle/Tacoma market has shown that rents have increased by 4% along with declining vacancy rates. President and CEO Mr. Maherali states, "Freshstart Properties will stay on top by acquiring these undervalued properties and still maintain current occupancy levels. This is only the beginning and FSPP will continue to be dynamic and aggressive in producing revenues that exceed current levels."
