Freyja Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FRA) ("Freyja" or the "Corporation") announces that, further to its press release dated November 28, 2013, it has amended the terms of its private placement of up to $600,000 of units (the "Units") to reflect a price of $1.00 per Unit (the "Offering") from a price of $1,000 per Unit. Each Unit will be comprised of $1.00 principal amount of unsecured, non-convertible debentures (the "Debentures"), which will mature thirty-six months from the date of issuance and 2.318 common shares in the capital of the Corporation. The minimum amount of subscription per investor is $1,000. The terms of the finder's warrants have been amended such that each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Unit at $1.00 per Unit for a period of eighteen months from the closing of the Offering. The remaining terms of the Offering have not changed.
