LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 31, 2011) - Friendly Auto Dealers (PINKSHEETS: FYAD) announces an extension of the Material Definitive Agreement ("Agreement") with Splint Decisions Inc. as noted in the Company's filing on Form 8-K on January 28, 2011. The Agreement was previously announced in a press release on November 19, 2010 and in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 18, 2010.

"The Material Definitive Agreement will not close by January 31, 2011 as specified in the Agreement," stated Gerry Berg, President of Friendly Auto Dealers. The Board of Directors of both Friendly Auto Dealers, Inc. and Splint Decisions Inc. agreed to extend the closing date in the Agreement to March 31, 2011.
