Friendly Auto Dealers, Inc. Announces Name Change and Stock Symbol Change

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - March 17, 2011) - Friendly Auto Dealers, Inc. (OTCQB: FYAD) announced today that the Company has obtained approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to change its trading symbol from "FYAD" to "TSOI" effective March 18, 2011. The symbol change also reflects the company's name change to Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc., effective immediately.

Concurrent with the change of the Company's name, the Company has relocated its offices to 4093 Oceanside Boulevard, Suite B, Oceanside, California 92056. The telephone number has also been changed to (760) 295-7208.
