Fronsac Real Estate Investment Trust Announces the Resignation of its Chief Financial Officer and Appointment of His Successor


MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Nov. 14, 2013) - Fronsac Real Estate Investment Trust ("Fronsac REIT") (TSX VENTURE:GAZ.UN) announced today that its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Etienne Lapointe, informed the Board of Trustees that he will leave his position on December 31st.

Commenting on the resignation, President Michel Lassonde stated: "I thank Mr. Lapointe for all the energy he has devoted to the affairs of the Trust and I wish him the best of luck in the pursuit of his projects".

The Board of Trustees has also made the appointment of Mr. Patrick Bazinet as Chief Financial Officer, effective after the departure of Mr. Lapointe. Mr. Bazinet is a trustee of Fronsac REIT and has a good understanding of the financial workings of the trust.
