Front Street Capital 2004 ("Front Street Capital") announced today that Nevin Markwart has been appointed as its President and Chief Executive Officer, subject to standard regulatory approval. With over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, Mr. Markwart will provide executive leadership to Front Street Capital, as the firm continues to expand on its product offerings and growth strategy. Previously, Mr. Markwart was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Canoe Financial in Calgary, and Head of Canadian Equities at Fidelity Canada in Toronto. Mr. Markwart began his investment career in Boston as a Partner at Standish, Ayer and Wood and Associate Partner at Wellington Management Company.
