Front Street Tactical Equity Class Announces Change to Risk Rating

Front Street Capital 2004 (the "Manager") is changing the risk rating associated with Front Street Tactical Equity Class (the "Fund"). The change is reflected in the Fund Facts for the Fund, as well as the renewal Simplified Prospectus of the Fund, filed with Canadian securities regulators on June 28, 2016.

Following an annual review of the Fund under its risk rating methodology, the Manager has determined that it is appropriate to reduce the risk rating for the Fund from "high" to "medium". No material changes have been made to the investment objective or strategy for Fund.
