Frontier Communications Names Dixon Schwabl Agency of Record for Media Buying Services

Agency Assumes Responsibility for Developing and Executing Frontier's National Paid Media Program

Dixon Schwabl, a full-service, integrated, marketing communications firm based in Rochester, N.Y., will handle strategic media planning, buying and analysis for Frontier's markets in 27 states.
