Frontier Rare Earths Limited Announces Filing of Preliminary Prospectus for Initial Public Offering

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 4, 2010) -


Frontier Rare Earths Limited ("Frontier") today announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada other than Québec in connection with the proposed initial public offering of units by Frontier. Each unit will consist of one ordinary share and one-half of an ordinary share purchase warrant of Frontier. The offering will be made through a syndicate of underwriters led by CIBC World Markets Inc. and including Canaccord Genuity Corp., Cormark Securities Inc., Byron Securities Limited and National Bank Financial Inc.
