frontierAlt Capital Corporation Names New Investment Advisor for Global Dividend Fund

Toronto-based frontierAlt Capital Corporation ("frontierAlt"), the trustee and manager of the Global Dividend Fund, announced today that it has appointed a new Investment Advisor for the Global Dividend Fund, Tralucent Asset Management Inc. based out of Toronto. MFC Global Investment Management, the current Investment Advisor for the Global Dividend Fund, had previously provided notice to frontierAlt of the termination of the existing investment advisory agreement for the Fund.

The new relationship will be effective as of the close of business on Monday, July 20, 2009.
