FSV Payment Systems Opens Jacksonville Operations Center, Bringing 50 New Jobs to Jacksonville

Chuck Kreiger, Chief Operating Officer, to Lead Operations Center; Tom Love, SVP - Client Services, to Head Up Customer Service; Shannon Cox, Chief Human Resources Executive, to Hire Employees and Oversee HR

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 1, 2006 -- FSV Payment Systems, a leading provider of stored value and prepaid card solutions, today announced the opening of its Jacksonville Operations Center. Located at 6410 Southpoint Parkway, the new Operations Center will house FSV's customer service group, human resources, IT development, client relationship management and some executive offices. FSV expects to bring 50 new jobs to the Jacksonville area within the next six months.

The Jacksonville Operations Center serves as an important and strategic companion location to FSV's Houston corporate headquarters, according to FSV President and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Palmer.

As part of the expansion, Palmer said he has selected FSV Chief Operating Officer Chuck Kreiger to be the senior FSV executive in Jacksonville.

"Chuck brings extensive and relevant senior leadership experience and deep roots in Jacksonville," Palmer said. "His leadership will help FSV provide the high-quality operational support our clients need for their stored value programs."

FSV's Client Support Group, a core function in the Jacksonville Operations Center, is headed up by Tom Love, Senior Vice President, Client Services. In this role, Love is responsible for FSV's cardholder services including web, IVR and call center customer service as well as client support functions.

"I can't think of a more qualified individual to manage FSV's cardholder and customer service functions," Krieger said of Love. "Tom brings to FSV a wealth of knowledge and management experience within financial services and particularly in card programs."

Prior to joining FSV, Love served as Vice President, Participant Services, at CitiStreet and has held senior management positions at AT&T Universal Card Services and Citicorp.

Palmer also named Shannon Cox Chief Human Resources Executive. Cox is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 20 years experience. She will be based in Jacksonville and responsible for managing all human resources functions for FSV, including hiring local staff. Cox joins FSV after previously serving as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for CitiStreet.
