FTC Cards Inc. Announces Completion of Arrangement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 11, 2012) - FTC Cards Inc. ("FTC Cards") is pleased to report that the previously announced arrangement involving FTC Cards, CTF Technologies Inc. ("CTF"), FleetCor Luxembourg Holding2 S.À.R.L. and FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:FLT) (the "Arrangement") was completed effective July 3, 2012. As a result of the completion of the Arrangement, FTC Cards became a reporting issuer in British Columbia and Alberta, with its principal regulator being the British Columbia Securities Commission.

As a result of the completion of the Arrangement, FTC Cards owns approximately 70% of the equity of FTC Cards Processamento e Serviços de Fidelização Ltda. ("FTC Cards Brazil") and intends to continue operating the business of FTC Cards Brazil.
