FTI Files Amended Financial Statements

("FTI")(TSX VENTURE:FTI) announces that on June 21, 2011, in accordance with a letter sent from the BCSC, dated May 4, 2011, the company has re-filed its interim financial statements and MD&A's for the periods ending March 31, 2010, June 30, 2010, September 30, 2010 and December 31, 2010. The primary reason for the request for these documents to be re-filed was to provide further details in regards to the company's activities and expenses during the above mentioned time periods.
