FTI Foodtech International Inc. Issues Options to Directors and Consultants

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 5, 2016) - FTI Foodtech International Inc. (TSX:FTI) ("FTI" or the "Corporation") announces that, in an effort to attract and retain quality board members and consultants, it has issued a total of 700,000 options each at $0.10. There are 500,000 director options issued, each at $0.10 with a three year expiry of February 4, 2019 and 200,000 consultant options issued, each at $0.10 with a two year expiry of February 4, 2018.

All previously outstanding director options had expired by the date of this issuance.
