FTS Group to Integrate Local Search Technology Advertising Platform Into Directory/Portal Network

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - July 19, 2007) - FTS Group, Inc. (OTCBB : FLIP ), an acquisition and
development Company operating in the Wireless, Technology and Internet
space, today announced that it has signed an agreement allowing it to
integrate a leading local search advertising platform into
www.TheDirectory.com and its network of directory/portals currently under
development.
FTS and Elysium CEO Scott Gallagher commented, "We're preparing to launch
www.TheDirectory.com, a national information/search portal with search
advertising technology powered by the leader in local search technology by
September 1st. Our advertising based model should allow our
directory/portals to become profitable rapidly as stand alone sites. As we

breed technology Companies allowing us to deliver a high quality end
