Fuego Entertainment Digital Distribution Continues to Expand Throughout the World

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - March 26, 2008) - Fuego Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: FUGO) today announced that in conjunction with one of our existing digital download providers, Vidzone Digital Media, we have expanded our worldwide retail digital distribution of it music, video content such as full albums, individual music tracks, realtones, video tones and ringback tones.

Over the last sixty days Fuego has expanded its worldwide digital distribution in twelve separate new agreements. The new distribution channels include providing a mix of realtones, video tones, rigback tones, full albums and individual music tracks to more than 36 million mobile phone subscribers around the world.

According to the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) digital music sales doubled between 2005 and 2006 to more than two billion dollars. During the same period single music track downloads increased by 89% to over 795 million. The IFPI says that portable music players such as the iPod and mobile phone music players are driving the large increases in digital music sales with mobile music players accounting for almost half of global digital sales. This rapidly increasing trend is expected to continue worldwide over the next few years.

Fuego is providing realtones for AOL Mobile in the UK, France, Georgia, Greece, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland, Ireland and Sweden. We are providing realtones for Vodafone in Spain, full mobile content for Maxis in Malaysia, full content for Telenor in Serbia, full content for the Txtunes global mobile music community and full content for the Shazam service allowing users to buy songs using their mobile phones and to Sony Ericsson for their new PlayNow service. We are providing content for the ONE service in Austria, Mobilkom in Austria, Telenor in Serbia and Coke Digital Vending in the UK, US and the EU. In Europe we are providing full content via Vodafone in Turkey and KPN in Spain.

In other distribution agreements Fuego is providing content for Vivendi, parent company of Universal Music, which is launching a new service platform for PCs and mobile devices called zaOza across Europe and the UK. We are delivering Real Tone, Video Tone, Ringback Tone and full track content in the US through CBS Mobile via Coke/Sprite 'My Coke Rewards,' The CW and Yuuxoo. In Canada we are delivering content through Bell HotZone for BollyVista, MTV Canada, MuchMusic, Sympatico, Telus and Virgin Mobile Canada.
