(the "Company") (OTCBB: FDOC), a provider of innovative automotive aftermarket solutions, today announced its Platinum FD-47 power conditioner/fuel efficiency booster was extremely well received at the 14th China International Expo for Auto Electronics, Accessories, Tuning and Car Care Products (CIAACE 2012) which took place on February 14th - 17th in Beijing.

Fuel Doctor Holdings, Inc.'s executives from the U.S. joined their Master Distributor Mr. Ma Song Hai, Managing Director of Fuel Doctor Automobile Care China Beijing Company, to demonstrate the Platinum FD-47 to thousands of auto industry participants at one of China's largest auto expos.

Following the auto expo, Beijing-based Fuel Doctor Automobile Care China Beijing Company, held an aftermarket show in which 60 car care products distributors from 25 provinces across China gathered for an FD-47 "How it Works" product launch seminar. Presentations by Fuel Doctor Holdings, Inc.'s distribution partner Mr. Ma, and the Company's President and CEO Mr. Mark Soffa, as well as the Company's Chief Technology Advisor Mr. Hungerford, led to an active Q&A session.

Fuel Doctor Holdings, Inc. recently announced its entry into the China market through a five-year exclusive distribution agreement with Fuel Doctor Automobile Care China Beijing Company, which will maintain its exclusive distribution rights by purchasing over $30 million worth of FD-47s from Fuel Doctor Holdings, Inc. over the next five years.

According to a report by Freedonia, the automotive aftermarket in China is estimated to be a USD$11.4 billion (71 billion Chinese Yuan) market and projected to grow 18.3% annually through 2014. This market is being driven by the country's expanding and aging stock of light vehicles. The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) states that China's new car sales have recently eclipsed the sale of new cars in the US. The AAIA further estimates the number of vehicles in China will reach 70 million in 2012.
