Fuel Frontiers, Inc. Provides Funding Update for Purchase of Proposed Eastern Pennsylvania Site for 250 Million-Gallon Coal Waste-to-Ethanol Facility

WASHINGTON, DC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 19, 2006 -- Fuel Frontiers, Inc. (FFI), a subsidiary of Nuclear Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB: NSOL) formerly known as Future Fuels, Inc. announced today that Ambient Energy, LLC. which has partnered with FFI to secure a certain 1,034 acre landsite in eastern Pennsylvania for the construction of a 250 million-gallon coal waste-to-ethanol production facility, is stating that it has secured the necessary funds as of May 18, 2006 to purchase the land appraised at $879,410. At FFI's discretion, Ambient Energy, LLC. would be willing to purchase the property on FFI's behalf.

"We are pleased about this development with Ambient. Their willingness to secure the funds to purchase the land for this project signals a profound commitment to working with us to realize mutually-beneficial goals," state both FFI President Jack Young and Nuclear Solutions, Inc. President and CEO Patrick Herda.

Additionally, Ambient immediately plans to start researching and securing grant funding available through the state of Pennsylvania for FFI to apply toward its proposed waste-to-ethanol production facility.

"Such potential grant funding could be financially beneficial to the overall success of this facility. Grant funding in conjunction with some of the outstanding characteristics of the site, such as an immediately available source of waste coal feedstock believed suitable for conversion into ethanol, further enhance this project's overall attractiveness," adds President Young.

FFI proposes to utilize commercially available and proprietary technologies to transform low-value, end-of-life carbonaceous waste materials such as waste coal, used tires, wood wastes, biomass, discarded corn stalks and other agricultural by-products, into high-value, environmentally friendly, clean-burning ethanol. With its global Strategic Alliance Agreement with Connecticut-based Startech Environmental Corporation, FFI gains access to Startech's innovative, proven and proprietary Plasma Converter™ System, which is proposed for use in FFI's planned facilities to transform feedstock materials into ethanol. Currently, FFI reports its operations and financial results on a consolidated basis within Nuclear Solutions, Inc.'s public filings.
