(OTCQB: MMRF), at a Markman hearing scheduled for August 19, 2014 in MyMedicalRecords, Inc.'s ongoing patent infringement lawsuits against Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, Empty Jar, LLC (f/k/a/ Jardogs, LLC) and WebMD Health Corp. and WebMD Health Services Group. The consolidated patent infringement litigations pending in the Central District for the District Court in California (Case No. 2:13-cv-00631) involve MyMedicalRecords' enforcement of U.S. Patent No. 8,301,466, "Method and System for Providing Online Records," and U.S. Patent No. 8,498,883, "Method for Providing a User with a Service for Accessing and Collecting Prescriptions." The '466 and '883 patents generally relate to providing a means for consumers to request their medical records from healthcare providers, store their medical records, and provide for communications between consumers and their healthcare providers in a private and secure manner.
