Former Communispace Director Joins Boston-Based Agency

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - May 29, 2013) - Full Contact Advertising today announced Jennifer Maltby has joined the agency as director of strategic planning. In her new role, she will oversee expansion of the agency's strategy and planning department, lead strategic initiatives for existing clients, as well as support new business development.

Maltby comes to Full Contact from Communispace where she was director of the Idea Group, an internal think tank helping to generate new ways of uncovering and communicating consumer insights for some of the agency's largest clients, including Bank of America, Kraft Foods, Heinz and InterContinental Hotels Group.

During her tenure as director of the Idea Group at Communispace, Maltby was instrumental in the transformation of the company's proprietary community model, as well as the development of an internal "insight" and "storytelling" training program. Prior to joining Communispace in 2006, Maltby was an associate director at Arnold, overseeing the Tyson and ESPN accounts. In her career, Maltby has helped a mix brands including Eddie Bauer, Rational Software, Stop & Shop, Citibank, BestBuy, SunTrust Bank and Microsoft.
