Full Metal and Andover Intersect 51 Meters of 0.48% Cu, 0.46 g/t Au at Kamishak

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 1, 2006) - Full Metal Minerals (TSX VENTURE:FMM) and Andover Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AOX) are pleased to announce results from a five hole, 750 meter diamond drilling and surface exploration program at the Kamishak (60% Andover/40% Full Metal) copper-gold prospect in southwest Alaska.

These results include 73.5 meters averaging 0.31% Cu and 0.28 g/t Au and 51 meter averaging 0.48% Cu and 0.46 g/t Au. Kamishak occurs midway between Andover's Fog and KUY copper and gold targets, suggesting potential for regional synergies. 2006 drill results are as follows:

Hole-ID From To Length Cu % Au (g/t)
KAS06-01 28.50 102.00 73.50 0.31 0.28
including 58.50 97.50 39.00 0.37 0.23

KAS06-02 No Significant Intercepts

KAS06-03 No Significant Intercepts

KAS06-04 7.54 58.54 51.00 0.48 0.46
including 37.54 49.54 12.00 0.95 0.96

KAS06-05 54.02 61.52 7.50 0.36 0.53

KAS06-01, 04 and 05 confirmed, and tested to-depth copper-gold mineralization in the tabular breccia. Mineralization consists of pyrite, chalcopyrite and magnetite, within an altered heterolithic breccia. Copper-gold mineralization remains open ended to the southwest and northeast. Holes KAS06-02 and 03 tested a zone of strong pyrite mineralization located to the south of the mineralized breccia that may have overprinted earlier copper-gold mineralization.

Kamishak is located 20 km west of tidewater and 440 km southwest of Anchorage, and approximately 80km south of Northern Dynasty's Pebble Deposit. The primary target is an intrusive-related breccia pipe with iron oxide-hosted copper-gold mineralization. A previous operator completed 17 shallow core holes in the early 1990s in the breccia zone. Highlights of historic drilling include:

- 50.0m of 1.32 g/t Au and 0.22% Cu

- 21.3m of 0.85 g/t Au and 1.08% Cu

- 3.05m of 12.6 g/t Au and 0.49% Cu

A summary and location of the 2006 drilling at Kamishak will be made available for review on Full Metal's website at www.fullmetalminerals.com.

The 2006 exploration program at Kamishak was supervised by Consulting Geologist David Hedderly-Smith, Ph.D., CPG, under the direction of Robert McLeod, M.Sc., P.Geo; both are Qualified Persons as defined by NI 43-101. Analysis was performed by ALS-Chemex Labs of Vancouver, B.C. A sample quality control/quality assurance program including periodic insertion of blanks and standards was implemented.

Full Metal has twelve active mineral projects in Alaska. Drilling is now finished for the season at the Mount Andrew copper-gold Project. Assay results are expected shortly from drilling programs at the Lucky Shot Gold Project, 40-Mile silver-lead-zinc Project and the Boulder Creek uranium Project.. Details on Full Metal's extensive Alaska property portfolio can be reviewed at the Company's website at www.fullmetalminerals.com.
