Full Metal and Fury Discover Gold Mineralization at Ganes Creek

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 16, 2005) - Full Metal Minerals (TSX VENTURE:FMM) and Fury Explorations Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:FUR) are pleased to announce that assay results from six of seven drill holes have been received from the Ganes Creek Gold Project. Significant gold mineralization was encountered at the Katz Zone in hole GC05-54 which intersected 15.2 meters averaging 2.5 g/t Au, including 7.6m averaging 4.5 g/t Au.

Seven holes were completed totaling 1,248m. Four different zones were targeted, spanning 2,800 m of strike length proximal to the Yankee-Ganes Fault zone. Assays from the final hole GC05-53, (located 50 meters northeast from GC05-54) are currently pending.

The Ganes Creek Intrusive Complex is interpreted to be the faulted-off extension of the Donlin Creek Intrusive Complex (Donlin Creek March 2003 estimate of 11.1 Moz. @ 3.0 g/t Au, Measured and Indicated, plus 14.3 Moz. @ 3.1 g/t Au Inferred), offset 110 km to the northeast by the right-lateral strike-slip Nixon-Iditarod fault.

"Our first round of drilling was successful in discovering significant gold mineralization at Ganes Creek," said Steve Vanry, President and CEO of Fury Explorations Ltd. "Additional drilling in 2006 will attempt to locate the spectacular high-grade gold-quartz cobbles for which Ganes Creek is renowned."

The property is located within the Tintina Gold Belt in the west-central interior of Alaska, approximately 40 km west of McGrath, and 440 km northwest of Anchorage. Ganes is famous for producing spectacular gold nuggets including the 5th largest in Alaska, most of which are still encapsulated in quartz. The presence of cobble-size quartz with sulphide boxwork and coarse gold suggest that the placer gold is primary, originating from bedrock sources. Photos of these gold-quartz nuggets and the placer mining operation can be viewed at www.clark-wiltz.com.

Mineralization encountered at the Katz Zone, the easternmost zone drilled during 2005, is typified by felsic and mafic dykes intruding hornfelsed sediments. Variable quartz stockwork and sulphide mineralization occurs throughout hole GC05-54, suggesting a strong hydrothermal system in this area. The mineralization style, alteration and host lithologies are analogous to the description of the Donlin Creek. Additional drilling in 2006 will step-out from this intercept, to locate the source of the high-grade gold-quartz cobbles.

The Hill 38, Independence and NE Independence areas were also targeted. Long intervals of greater than 100 ppb Au were encountered, suggesting a robust hydrothermal system at Ganes Creek. Additionally, 348 soil samples were collected, expanding the grid and extent of the 5.5km long gold in soil anomaly further to an additional 2km to the southwest.

The exploration program was supervised by Nicholas Van Wyck, CPG, Senior Geologist for Full Metal Minerals, under the direction of Robert McLeod, P.Geo., Vice President Exploration, for Full Metal Minerals Ltd. Both are qualified persons as defined by NPI 43-101. Drill holes were sampled at approximately one to five foot sample intervals. Core was sawn in half with a diamond saw. Samples were delivered in sealed bags to the Alaska Assay Labs facility in Fairbanks, Alaska for sample preparation and were then sent to the BSI Inspectorate laboratory in Reno, Nevada for analysis (30 gram-tonne gold fire assay with gravimetric finish plus multi-element ICP). A sample quality control/quality assurance program is in place.

Full Metal Minerals is focused on Alaska. The company has recently made a high-grade gold discovery at its 100% owned Lucky Shot Property, is exploring the Aleutian Island land package with partner Metallica Resources and advancing the Pebble South Copper/Gold property.

Fury Explorations is focused on acquiring, exploring and developing promising base and precious metals properties and is currently exploring three properties in Mexico as well as the Ganes Creek Project in Alaska.
