Full Motion Beverage FMBV Sells ENERGIZE™ to Pennsylvania Distributor Ira Middleswarth & Sons

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - September 15, 2009) - Full Motion Beverage, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FMBV) announced its wholly owned subsidiary Performaxx Brands, Inc. ("Performaxx") has entered the Pennsylvania market and started wholesale volume sales of ENERGIZE™ through Ira Middleswarth & Sons.

Ira Middleswarth & Sons ("Middleswarth") is a 56 year old manufacturer and distributor of its famous Middleswarth potato chips and assorted snacks. Middleswarth's distribution system runs 48 trucks and services over 7,000 direct store and independent distributor accounts throughout central Pennsylvania. Jim Coburn, Senior Operations Manager for Middleswarth, said, "The energy shot market is booming.
