Michael Holden, CEO of Teknomining Plc, commented: "Today's news marks another significant step
forward for the Company. Historically one of the earliest mentions of copper was from the
Diyarbakir region. Crucially the region surrounding the five licence areas is equipped with
excellent infrastructure, such as roads, water and electrical services allowing easy access to the
project. These awards provide the Company exploration access to an additional 5,407 hectares,
which is approximately five times the size of existing licence areas under management and further
demonstrates the Company's progressive exploration strategy and it's commitment to the Diyarbakir
region. The Company has now positioned itself as a key player within the Diyarbakir region of
eastern Turkey.

The directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
