Fullbridge Promotes Senior Professional Development Strategist to Executive Director of Law Programs

Carrie Fletcher to Oversee Unique Business Education Program for Lawyers


CAMBRIDGE, MA and NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jul 7, 2014) - Fullbridge, Inc., which offers educational business immersion programs to help students and young professionals successfully transition to the global workplace, announced today that Carrie Fletcher, former Director of Professional Development Programming, has been promoted to Executive Director of Fullbridge's Law Programs. Working closely with law firm partners and professional development staff, Fletcher will leverage her experience practicing law, developing business curricula for attorneys and teaching leadership and core professional skills. In her new role, Fletcher will expand Fullbridge's tailored programs for law firms to help associates become fluent in the language of business and finance while also developing the core professional skills that are critical to the delivery of the highest quality of client service.

A frequent speaker on legal industry and professional development trends, Fletcher will be a plenary speaker at the 2014 PDC Summer Conference in Montreal July 10 -12, 2014, where she will co-present on the use of analytical business tools to assess current legal trends and make the case for the critical value of professional development roles.

Fletcher has been with Fullbridge since March 2013, overseeing the creation and management of professional development, leadership and professional skills program content. Previously, she was a Manager of Professional Development and Training at Goodwin Procter, where she worked on attorney professional and leadership development, diversity and training initiatives. Early in her career, Fletcher spent nearly 12 years as a practicing attorney, focusing on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and B.A. from the University of Michigan.
