Fulton Financial Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

LANCASTER, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 -- Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President R. Scott Smith, Jr. today announced that the board of directors has authorized an increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend.

The regular quarterly cash dividend, which will increase to 15 cents per share, will be payable on July 15 to shareholders of record as of June 20.
